I'd suggest don't even do any bootcamp course. Most bootcamps are far from reality. You can learn theory for free online or books. For practical learning you can still use the internet. Alot of UX Case studies are present on youtube, some founders of bootcamps run them, along with it there are UX Challenges (on UX Hacks) where you can learn to create something real.
How can I connect with you? Have few queries, would be really helpful
It's not important where n which institute you did your course. They will look at your portfolio and your knowledge in UI/UX. How well read you are in current trends in the subject. Your practical knowledge has more weightage then your paper certificate.
Thanks so much! That's helpful
I took interview of candidates who paid around 1-2Lakhs on courses but didn't have the right portfolio or design skills..
They were given a task and they weren't able to do it and hence they were rejected..
I would say you need to have skills amd knowledge more than the certificates.
Definitely makes sense. Skills and characters trumps everything else.
Thanks a lot. Can you also drop some links here which can help?
