For the folks that left big companies for smaller ones, what drove you to make the change?
Currently I work from a very large company but work load is driving me crazy. Smaller company has some “building up processes from scratch” approach, which is also stressful. I’m unsure of the actual workload. Pay is almost the same.

How is it like to be in firmware domain. How is the growth, work life balance , benefits and pay. Should I remain in this domain or make a switch to software developer.

Been trying to find a new job because $112k just doesn't seem right for 3+ years as an Eng 3. On the east coast wanting to move out to California. Not getting many bites. Do employers ignore applications for people who would need to relocate?

I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
