I try and take it around 7:30am. At the latest I’ve taken it at 8am. Vyvanse

When I get to the office so it lasts longer. I don’t need to be super sharp answering emails and filling out my time sheet in the morning and it only takes a little bit for it to kick in.

Can we take practitioner prescribed CBD on H1b? I know marijuana (recreational or medical) is illegal on h1b and CBD and THC breaks up in body and result in same compound which would be difficult to prove you had been on CBD or THC if asked for a Urine exam. My doctor wants me to start with CBD for anxiety and I am not sure if I should take it. We have very short projects and some healthcare clients ask for the exam.

Does anyone here in a health system have insurance that covers fertility assistance or get paid parental leave? Really like my position at my hospital but as we start to plan a family - I'm nervous about the cost. Just looking around regionally - it looks like most health systems don't cover this.

So I had a coding interview recently and have decided that the format was actually pretty unfair for people with ADHD. Essentially you have to code the answer on a screen shared with the interviewer whilst explaining it and listening to the interviewer - all of this is anxiety provoking and distracting meaning I underperformed on quite a simple coding task. It felt a bit like asking a person who has dyslexia to compete in a spelling bee rather than a written test.

Usually I try to live in the moment, but other times things come to mind from the past that make my life feel like it could be a soap opera. For example, I crushed on a guy from school for a few years, and one night as a young adult, found us both drunk alone in my apartment. A few months later he texted me and said he just got married at the courthouse and that I should be in the wedding party when covid was over. It shouldve happened by now but it hasnt yet…👀🙂

So I just had 2 tables fight in a restaurant. Table A coughed and table B said oh covid and laughed. Happens that table A is Asian and table B is white.
Table A assumed the joke is because they are Asian and table B says no, everyone got covid not just Asians it’s just a bad joke; who is right?
Table A escalated to a fight and had to be both separated and asked to leave. Who is right?

The good and the bad, hopefully more good. Great place to live and work. There's no difficulty we can't overcome, even Covid.

COVID has really taken a toll on me. I’m exhausted right now and dreading the next week. I’m completely solo, not dating anyone right now, so I’m curious how others in the same position are coping?
