Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon
Anyone knows about EY GDS hirearchy?

I work in Deloitte federal. You’re friend is insane if he/she doesn’t go with PWC. Federal having a better work life balance is true, but exaggerated when you add on eminence, proposals, etc. If you burn out from there, you can always go Deloitte federal.
In general federal offers better work life. I use to work at PwC, and prefer the culture at D. Really enjoyed my time at PwC though, and have friends I still see weekly that I met from the job. Commercial will offer more mobility (imho)
A1, same experience, mobility is extremely limited in D Fed. Projects are long term and expectation is any movement will be within the agency account.
Mobility is more limited in Federal. It's easier to switch to Federal from Commercial than Federal to Commercial. Just an observation.
Work life balance is better due to zero travel, but you can expect many long nights and weekends.
Doesn't PwC have a federal practice?
