1 week per year is not bad. I'm pretty sure EY only does 2 weeks and whatever unused PTO there is

Is it in your employment contract? It is for PwC. Typically Manager+ gets a minimum of 1 month. Max of 3 mths for more than 5 years.

Last year D gave 8 weeks to people they laid off.

ATK gives 2-3 months depending on level

Just got 6 months!
