How fast you can get out of said role

I’m not fully committed yet, so please tell me more

Get ready to write a 75 page word document on what the roles of a scrum master and agile team is.... I would stay far far away

SC1: If you’re working for Deloitte and you’re joining the account which I think you’re joining, you’re going to be working with some great Agile practitioners. I’m currently on the commercial side, and while the work is faster pace, the Agile practices are nearly non-existent.

its actually good if you are at staff or senior level as it will give you lot of visibility to client leadership and ey engagement leadership. it worked out well for me in the past. it is basically all the credit and none of the blame role if you play it right ;)

Stupid question — please be delicate, I’m new. I just started my first freelance gig with an agency and I’m in the system as a temporary/contract employee and I’ve filled out a weekly timesheet. Do I need to / not need to invoice at the end of the project? Assume no, as that’s what the payroll paperwork + formal timesheets are for but I wanna make sure I’m not missing a step.

It appears the starting salary/draw is a bit varied even with in the big-4 but it is my understanding overtime (3-5 years), most of them average out dont know about mid tear. is midtier better as they less overhead and more marketshare to grow? or even within big-4 is there one firm much better than the other comp & retirement wise
