Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Gotta switch agencies to secure the bag.
Internal promotions can't compete.
Yeah but also, a lot of times people don’t realize you can negotiate internal promotion amounts. They’re promoting you because they want to keep you - tell them what amount will make you happy to stay!
This might be a bit outdated, but normally I would say around 10-15%. There is usually a salary range for a position, so depending on how long the former person held the position, the person might have gotten an annual bump a few times. Your tenure and your current salary is your starting point. However, right now a raise below the amount above is very possible given the current circumstances. It isn’t apples to apples in my experience. There are a variety of factors. Hope that helps. It might be that there needs to be room for future raises.
Some advice that was given to me a long time ago. Don’t compare your salary to others, and don’t use other people as your yardstick. there will always be people who make more than you and always people who make less. As you rise to management, you may find yourself managing people who make more than you. It is not a competition to see who makes more money, it is about feeling valued and that you are paid what you’re worth. honestly some people are just better negotiators when they come in, and you can’t always make up for that. But know your worth, negotiate as best you can, and only compare your self to yourself yesterday.

Agreed internal promotions never stack up to external. Especially at holding companies.

You need to have a discussion about a merit increase to be within range of the level you are at
