For me:
2015- 3.4 LPA(started as a fresher)
2022- I will be joining a company at 32 LPA

I have a trinity offer for 25% more total comp than ZS. @trinity folks- how do you like the company? Should I make the switch?

I am starting a new role with a new company and will have 6 direct reports. Although I have managed teams before in a consulting project setting, this will be the first time in industry. What is a simple way to explain to my boyfriend that investing in equity with an expected return of 10% is better than paying off debt that is growing at a rate of 6%. He has student loans and is adamant that he wants to pay all of them off immediately before saving any retirement money. I understand that many individuals use this strategy but I think investing in index funds for the long haul is better from a wealth accumulation perspective, without even factoring in tax implications of 401k
