32 is too old? I graduated law school at 39 and have a very successful career now because of it. Go for it.

Just do an executive mba
I went to MBA school with a CEO who definitely didn't need it for the credential. He said it made him a better leader getting perspective outside the company. He was late 50s when he graduated and still found it valuable.
You are not too old for an MBA at 32 although you would be on the older end for a full-time MBA. You could certainly end up at a “reputable” duel-degree program as well - I would not worry about that. Given your title and experience I would look into exec MBAs or part time programs.
Your at the tail cutoff so you’d have to go for it now or never (ex. mba would be the step but no pivots with that approach

It is ridiculous don’t listen to him
You can def go to Duke at 32, 33, or even 34 years old without any sort of red flag

Don't go into debt, find an affordable program, scholarship, or see if work can pay for it
As a dual MS/ MBA, I approve this message. At least think carefully about what you're trading for the experience, connections, and education. You may be well-served to do lots of peer interviews/ exec interviews for a year to learn more about healthcare leadership, before you plunge into an MPH or MBA. I overspent for my degrees even though I can't deny they were valuable personally.

Why does it matter that you are a dude?
Thanks guys. I think I’ll start having a look into some gmat books and see what it’s like. I’m not really sure of what the end game would be for me post a mba/mph at 32 - but I just feel like the more I’ve been doing deals in healthcare, the more i understand how little I actually know about this sector, and how much more there is for me to learn. Anyway - again, appreciate the responses here
