Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

Hahah it’s probably a half an hour with each person. Not a three long stretch.
Three hours being interviewed is still a long ass stretch of talking and repeating yourself
Youll likely meet with 3 individual team members back to back for 45-60 min at a time. They typically ask the same questions so I try to stack up on multiple responses that can keep things interesting. Pay attention for anything that they seem to be digging on, the may ask the next interviewer to dig deeper on things they are still unsure or unclear on regarding your skills/answers. GL!
Take a peek at the agency’s website and social channels. Learn about their most recent work and also check on LinkedIn the team who will interview you. Everything else will be fine
And have 3 questions for when they ask “is there anything you’d like to ask us?"
It’s a build. This will be a series of folks you need to interact with. You will feel like you are repeating yourself but that is ok. Consistency is good. When they go back and talk about you that will come up. Half the battle is setting up a great conversation they have after you leave. Remember that.
Also, have good talking points. Keep them concise. If it is easy to understand, it will travel well to people in the company who ask about potential recruits.
Here’s what will really make you magical. Take away something from each interview and bring it up in later ones. Make this feel like a collective conversation ( “well it is interesting you say that because so and so said this).
Use their words. Make it feel like you already work there, and you will get the job. I have never not gotten a job I applied for. I got a good cv, but I murder interviews with this approach.
Also, don’t expect to be hit with work related questions the entire time. Should turn into a conversation and maybe even just shootin’ shit for a bit.
A three hour interview ? I’d better be compensated for that
If you have the names of the people you’re meeting with, I’d take some time to research their career paths and include a question about specific work they’ve done at the company. This typically impresses interviewers and shows you’re truly interested in the position
If you don't have the names you should absolutely be asking for them - the names and titles of everyone you're meeting and in what order. The recruiter should provide that info! Never go in without knowing who you're meeting with and always look them up on LinkedIn.
We do this as a final round and it’s usually multiple interviews back to back to make it easier for the candidate to schedule/take time for. I would not expect the same questions. In this instance I’d expect different people to be focused on different things. One might be a peer who is focused on whether you have the functional knowledge for the task. Another might be focused on how you work/pitch ideas, etc.
This has been my experience—once the interview reaches 2 hrs (and up to 6...) you’re meeting different disciplines; even if some interviews have similar roles, their focuses are very different during the conversation. Prep thoroughly for some variety in your responses, bring water, and take a bathroom break just so you can stretch and wake up a bit midway through. And use it as an opportunity to really see if you like the team and culture / probe for consistency among the interviewers.
I am sure they are very interested in you and probably want you to meet whatever team(s) you might be joining
Havas Health gave me a second interview where I met with 10 people in groups no larger than 2, changing every half hour for 3 hours straight starting at 9 am sharp. Then they ghosted me.
F that.
Practice out loud. It will feel wired, but you need to be familiar with your work story and get used to talking/hearing your voice for an extended period of time
You can push back asking that this round be limited to a more reasonable amount of time, like 2 hours.
it’s fun. you’re meeting the people you’re about to spend a lot of time with. and you get to see if you want to spend a lot of time with them.
Agree with most others--you'll likely meet with several team members, starting with the junior team, jumping to mid, then finishing with the senior level execs/team.
Agree with the above. Also take some notes about each of the people you meet with so you can write custom thank you email for each. Note if there’s a follow up discussion you can reference. That usually leaves a lasting good impression.
It will feel tiring but do your best to stay alert and upbeat. Good luck!
Have lots of extra copies of your resume ready. Don’t assume that the team has had a chance to review it before the meeting. As others have said be prepared to tell your story and why you’re a good fit and energized about this role and this company
You're likely meeting with the CD over the account that this position would be working on (find out which account if you can) as well as the ACDs or Seniors that are on that account.
Each person would be working with you in a different capacity so expect a variety of questions.
I’ve just been through two of those - and one thing that really helped me was coming up with a list of questions (i aim for 10) for each person.
