Delloite: 10.7 lpa ( 9.7 + 1)
Tavant: 14.5 lpa(14 + 0.5 )
Amadeus: 16.5 lpa ( 15+1.5)
Coforge: 18.5 lpa( 17+1.5)

I'm not really interested 1st 2 options as the difference in ctc is big

I'm confused btw amadeus and coforge
Coforge is paying me more but it's a service based company. While amadeus is product based.

Out of the 2 which company is better ( keeping aside the ctc) to join.

How 'stretched' in work do you feel on a day-to-day basis? We all get it at some point but what advice would you give to others struggling in this type of situation.

I have been at my new job for 2 months and hate it. Everything was basically a lie to get me in. When I told HR my concerns they told me they would note it for future applicants and didn’t fix the issues im having. I want to start looking for other jobs but what do I even tell potential employers without this whole situation looking terrible?

What is fastest way to improve both structured communication and thinking? Any helpful books or drills?
It’s the one consistent feedback I get while casing , “to be more structured” I’m there for math ability , business logic , creativity.

What are the core studies (commercial, R&D, others?) I should push to get into so that I can learn as much as I possibly can (as quickly as I can) about can biotech/pharma over the next year or two? I’m trying to find my niche. I come from a life-science PhD background

Don’t think if my self as depressed, but definitely struggling to give a sh!t recently. Covid, WFH and the craziness of the political drama is definitely a factor, but can’t help but think age and career point is more so - struggling to get excited after 30+ years of the grind.
