I have two offers for SDET role. Pleas help to choose one.

YOE - 4.2 Years
Amadeus 15 LPA
Solera 17 LPA
Omnicell 19 LPA

I’ve been proposed an exit as Product Owner at a real company, not a consulting one. Staff seems nice, good culture, good salary (less than consulting but well), BUT I would have to move countries for that job and start a new life.

I’ve also been proposed a Manager position at a consulting company in my home city, with potential of bigger salary thanks to bonuses. Culture seems good... But I’m sure it’s gonna be a hell lot of work.

Which one would you take? Should I exit and never look back?

1. Wns global pune - around 13 lpa (company policy doesn't seem good and can't find any review)
2. Infosys pune - 10.9 + 1L
3. New company founded in 2020 with 150 people approx(company policy seems good and learning seems good), yet to receive offer from them.

Looking for learning -3.5 YOE in development but in old stack and support mostly.

I have 2 offers from Myntra (Associate-M1) and Coinswitch (Business finance analyst) at 1.5 YoE.
Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation
Coinswitch :15.5 base + 1.5(joining+retention) + 2 performance bonus paid yearly.
Which would be a better choice ?

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. But I’m afraid if I decline Facebook then Amazon won’t happen. I’m just completely lost.

If you could change one thing about the ad agency culture, what would it be?

Are there any agencies where creatives actually have good work-life balance in LA, SF or anywhere else for that matter? Like no weekends or no working more than a 40-50hr week? Or do I have to go in house for this? Or do I have to leave advertising altogether?

I feel like I’m either getting burnt out by work or trying to heal myself from it. There’s never much time for real life and I don’t want to be on my death bed reminiscing like, “Wow, I made some cool ads.” Nothing scares me more.
