I don’t understand the value of therapy. After having tried multiple therapists it feels like I am just talking and saying the things I already know. Any actions we discuss are obvious things.

Am I doing something wrong or is therapy just an expensive way of doing guided self reflection?

This is my first time IVF, all my results are normal but due to male factor had to go with IVF, and my insurance is not covering for my drug:Follistim-900 unit Pen/Gonal-F, my doctor prescribed Follistim. So I was doing price match for both in Freedom fertility and Village Pharmacy. I see Follistim is costing $2741 and Gonal-F is $847(due to some discount), which is best one?

Outside of the cpr one which seems important, did anyone attend classes and find them useful? Or did not attend classes and wish they had? Dad had to get emergency open heart surgery over the weekend. Now me and my family are preparing to help him recover and determine what those next steps are.

While all that is happening, we’re working on a huge initiative at the agency and our client has been super anxious about it. That anxiety is coming down stream so I’m trying to do my best as the PM to alleviate the team’s concerns.

And today, I found out I got a raise.
