I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

Hi I’ve worked at Samsara in sales and made over 300k. Those numbers are not at all exaggerated
$300k is definitely possible once you’re ramped as a Mid Market rep. I would say the majority over achieve but not everyone’s making $300k+. Top 10% are though
I looked at Samsara until I reached out to 2 people on LinkedIn and realized it wasn't for me. Product seems cool, but they didn't seem confident they were going to hit their number and didn't seem like alot of support for the AE's, they said it was very much a start up mindset still. (Which I get)
Glassdoor had pay way higher than 180k, if I remember correctly as that is what made me start looking at them.
Sorry I was looking at enterprise AE. Yeah I found people with AE titles there and messaged them
I also have a conversation going with Samsara I’d love to hear more
