I let the recruiter and HM know over a week ago that I have a Salesforce offer but this is my preferred role, and he let me know I’m his leading candidate right now but he’s going to complete a few more loops, and should hear back by EOW. It’s Tuesday of next week and haven’t heard anything? Safe to assume I didn’t get it?
Normally I’d follow up but they know I have an offer on the table and there’s no urgency

So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?
