I'll be joining tw as UI Lead, soon.
I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?
Ps- I'm good at UI,js, react etc.

It’s 50/50 WFH and SCIF.
I’d take it! That’s not bad depending on the level
I’d say it’s a good deal being someone at a small fed consulting firm. Always a premium on that high grade clearance but that amount feels right. Hopefully it’s not SCIF work and you can work from home. Maybe ask for 190 or signing bonus, worst they can say is no.
I would negotiate a little higher. Its a fair offer but there is probably wiggle room.
Is this for govini?
I think it’s reasonable and in the expected range. So guess it depends if you define “good” as fair or if you expected to be compensated above normal. As you get closer to $200K, you’re gonna be constrained by contract terms more and more frequently. Jobs are out there for more than $180K but there’s also people with your credentials working for $150K. I think esp since it’s a hybrid arrangement and not full time SCIF, that’s a good thing. How’re the benefits? Are you getting 5-6% 401K, decent healthcare, ESOP?
