Have an offer at a small consulting firm for a LT (around a year )contract likely to extend or become full-time at about 145k no benefits and a Deloitte org transf offered to bring me in full time but one level down C vs SC so around 110 plus bonus, significantly less. If I turn them down any chance to apply latter on? Any suggestions on what to do ?

Learned on the day of the deadline to enroll, that my partner's employer offers voluntary participation on a deferred compensation plan. First time I hear of such a benefit/option after working for years! In my organization, most with my role are commission based. I make a set salary due to the firm I work for as an account manager/ coordinator for clients… I coordinate their enrollments, working with each groups HR department as to benefits and payroll purposes, and schedule our benefit counselors accordingly. Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment.
