Is anyone hitting that goal currently?
Probably the best question to ask here tbh
Make sure you ask how many reps hit quota or what percent. Then understand the commission plan and if it’s reasonable. Sounds pretty standard for the most part - id try to understand the development structure or milestones you need to hit to get to AE and if they expect any layoffs in the next 12 months given the market.
If the team members are not hitting this or only hit it occasionally then that would be a red flag to watch out for. This suspiciously sounds like my old SDR role haha but I could be wrong
Depends what the parameters are for a qualified lead.
Not terrible at all, in my opinion.
Questions:
How are bonuses paid out? Monthly or Quarterly
How often do targets change?
Also wondering how many are hitting that. For instance, mine is 17-22 qualified leads per quarter so that seems a bit high
Same deal. We have certain parameters to ensure they’re qualified prior to meeting with AE
Sounds pretty standard to me
10-12? Is it 10 or is it 12? Already a red flag for me that they can't give you a solid number. 10 a month is doable but the question is - how is the sales enablement? Do they use a tool to help with productivity?
