EY recruiting is such a mess. Applied and did a pre-recorded video interview, heard nothing for like 3 weeks. Then I get a random call saying they liked me and would I be available to attend an interview the following day. I say yes but never receive an email or additional details. Call back the number and it goes to voicemail. The following week I get a rejection email. Just so frustrating EY
Any openings for abap fresher???

They are the exact same. I would be more concerned with what industry they are going to place you in for each depending on your future exit
Bro you aren’t getting PTO at EY. Get that idea out of your mind if you wanna work there.
My experience has been my PTO largely gets respected. Probably average 3-4 weeks in addition to the firm shut downs for the 4th and the week between Christmas and new years. Much easier to take larger chunks of vacation at once in FDD than trying to take a bunch of long weekends
I try to take most of my pto in week blocks and request at least a couple months out. Tends to get largely scheduled around - have never had to cancel a vacation in 10 years of doing the job and rare to need to log in for meaningful time when I’m being purposeful about being on vaca.
Which office?
Don’t wanna say exact but does DC/Dallas/Atlanta level help?
A lot of variability by office so knowing which city you’re looking at will allow us to give better info on the culture and flexibility
DC/Dallas/Atlanta level
I’ve never had issues taking PTO. I do at least one longer trip every year ~3 weeks. Especially for A/SA when you are out you are truly out, no one will try to contact you
I think PwC pays more so just go with them
