Hello All! I am about 28 weeks pregnant and really struggling to focus at work due to a variety of pregnancy related reasons - headaches, lack of sleep. I’m easily overwhelmed and frustrated. I feel incompetent even though im not, I just can’t keep up. Its been a hard pregnancy generally. The firm knows and feels like just cares about hours and continues putting pressure on me. Anyone else experiencing the same? Any tips to cope? Thanks!

I manage 2 physician practices and one is extremely toxic. To the point the dr sides with staff even when I am trying to make corrective actions when patient care is in jeopardy. My leadership is aware and knows I am keeping my distance from them. Just doing the necessary work to keep them producing. How do you handle this? Ladies, I commend all of you who are pregnant and lawyering on the daily! I am 10 weeks pregnant and haven’t been working much since I left my firm in March. I tell my husband every day “IDK how anyone is pregnant and practicing law at the same time.” After a morning in court last month I was totally out of commission for the day. If you are still working as a lawyer full time and growing a human it is something to be proud of!
