Hello All, I was really disheartened by my annual review and I'm considering getting out of sales/consulting altogether. I've been in sales for years and currently hold a national sales consultant title but function as a national sales account manager with staff under me. I have an MBA, and still "young" in my career field. Besides project management what other career "titles" would you suggest?

Why is education deemed more valuable on a pay scale than experience? Employers will pay someone with a degree and no experience a greater salary, than someone who has exhibited the experience. Understanding that the degreed person committed to school and finished, yet that doesn't diminish what the not degreed has committed to and accomplished in their careers. This has to stop!

Hated my time at the F300 but had thought the grass would be greener in industry. I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery.
