Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.

I fought my way hard to get released from the project. However my designation is changed as Analyst. Should I ask for change in designation as I know that analyst is non-technical profile? Would my designation impact my future role as well?

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" I am trying to practice a version of intuitive/mindful eating - honoring my body’s hunger cues and not sticking to a timeline or plan as to what and when to eat. But tbh years of “dieting” has screwed over my ability to recognize hunger cues. I suddenly realize my hunger after not eating for 10+ hours and then I’m ravenous and would just eat anything. Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. Getting out of education? I am recently credentialed and not yet teaching. I was accepted into a 4month i.t. program that is guaranteeing me 2x the starting teacher salary in four months. After working as a B.T. for 7 years and finally getting my cred, should I make the leap of faith to IT or wait until August for a position to possibly open?

What cheat sheets do you all use for writing IEP goals? Is it from the district?

I feel like I'm at my wits end. I teach self-contained classes and according to the ISBE website my classes shouldn't be more than 8 students unless I have an aide - then it can be 10. I have no aide and most of my classes are around 14 kids. Some with behavior plans that are only out of our behavior room setting for my class... Is anybody else out there going through illegal class sizes for self-contained? How are you dealing? Maybe a vent session is in order.

How do private and charter schools compare to public schools when it comes to accepting and meeting the needs of special needs students? from what I hear, private and charter schools are not legally bound to meet the needs of special needs students.
