Hey everyone, please I need help, I have been struggling to get job even with my 10 years plus experience in Finance roles: AP/AR, General Ledger, credit control. I have even applied for a sales Asst, Customer care agent, Sales asst but no one wants to hire me because I don't have an Irish experience but how can I get the Irish experience without anyone giving me the opportunity to work. Honestly I am very good at what I do . Please I need help, someone should assist me on how to get a job.

I’m a former educator that has transitioned to working for a SaaS company. I have been hired under one role but have been managing projects in design UX/UI, content management (auditing and process development), and governance (currently working on a bot project). I certified as a scrum master but I’m having a hard time finding a Scrum position. In transparency I have been in the field about 2 years. Any and all suggestions are welcome and encouraged.

Asked my manager whether the company sponsor for Product Owner certifications and he asked me to build/ create a case and share with him so that we can check with the higher management.

Any ideas/ guidance on how to go about it? Are there are templates for this?

I'm 4 years into my career, currently I work at one of the largest public advisory firms writing research and taking advisory calls with CIOs/CFOs on strategy around IT Cost Optimization, IT/technology finance, benchmarking, budgeting etc. I enjoy the role but fear not being able to do much with this experience. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
