I have applied to several positions up Google. I have not heard anything back at all. No matter if I customize my résumé to the job description I still don’t hear anything back. I am wondering as to why Google ghost people instead of just telling them that they didn’t get the job? Do people on Google believe it is appropriate for the recruiters just a ghost people especially if they feel they don’t match the job?

Sounds like you need to narrow down your skill set a bit more. Not sure how closely related all these roles were, but seeing “6 different roles” would be a flag to me that the applicant can do a lot of things broadly, but not one role deeply.
They see your interview history as well, and seeing that many non-hires has a reason.
Also, they take into account more than just credentials. Things like “Googleyness” count, and generally those people might have clicked with the HM more, had an internal referral/connection, or more.
Recruiters can’t (and won’t) give explicit feedback, so it’s likely on you to find the consistent line between them all to figure out your gap.
Truthfully I’d advise to take a break for a year or two, find a role you’re exceptionally qualified for, get a referral, and go from there.
I failed an interview last year November. How long should I wait before going again ? I know it's just Interview style that fucked me
Recruiter never gave solid feedback on what to improve. I also follow who end up with the role on LinkedIn and credential wise I always have the upper hand so it has to be my interviews.
The thing is, I don’t have trouble landing offers at any other big tech companies (FAAN included). What are some tips that you see in the interview process that helped other candidates to stand out?
What levels are you interviewing for? Are you going into a people manager role - I found they are particularly hesitant to bring outsiders to those roles (meaning if they get someone from inside they will absolutely prefer that)
You never get feed back it's either move to next gate or you Dont.
Which teams did you interview with?
