Hi all. I applied for a role internally based in Australia. I have been given the offer to relocate. My issue is the base salary offered is significantly lower than what the company pays others with similar roles, experience levels and within the same-bands in Aus. I asked how they came to this number and they used my current salary to do some sort of salary conversion. This doesn’t work as I will be coming from a developing country. Help! This is what they offer employees in blue-collar roles

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).

Working on a deal where buyer's side keeps on insisting on a POA to effectuate all actions of Seller under the agreement, including executing documents. I have an asset purchase of a retail store transaction. Seller is keeping the second location. Seller is licensing the name from the buyer. The licensing agreement is supposed to contain provisions so that the seller cannot offer promotions or discounts that the buyer does not also offer (i.e., seller cannot undercut buyer's pricing). I know very little about antitrust. Can anyone give me some suggestions how to enforceably draft this agreement, or is this arrangement impossible?
