Hi All, i have a civil & criminal case (380-theft) levied by my brother for property dispute - Will it affect my BGV ? Does HR takes employees with such profile IT companies? i got laid-off but these all started in the mid of tenure of existing company which released me now. Trial is still going on it may take years. I am working hard for new job.. but scared at the same time.. any HR personnel can share their valuable thoughts as well OR any other way around for this??

Hi Fishes, I've nearly 2.5 YoE in SAP Basis module and I'm not able to figure things out. We were initially trained on ABAP but then told we would work on Basis. But, on seeing the scare no. of Job postings on Job sites and the difficulty in switching jobs. It seems to be a difficult thing going ahead with Basis. Can anyone advise me?
