YOE 14+ years.
Not able to decide because:
Currently am senior vp in current role.
S&P (ihs markit) offering Director but hsbc offering entry level Vp. My preference is to move Pune though but looks to me loss in terms of designation and seniority in VP.
Not sure on company culture, career growth, average hikes etc.
Unable to decide which one to choose… please help if other parameters?Negotiate?

I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion?
