I am an experienced professional from HSBC for 2 decades, with a strong background in RCSA, Governance framework & Reporting,  Regulatory compliance,  Financial & financial risk management, Control testing and process reviews, Regulatory Reporting & MI Creation,  Risk Identification & Mitigation,  process optimization & Lean implementation,  Data quality & Risk control oversight, Audit compliance and testing. Along with this I am a Finance MBA graduate.

Have any of you started a PLLC for a solo practice? If so, what was the process for getting your firm to become a PLLC in Illinois. Did you file for an llc first then file a cert with the Supreme Court. PLLC filings for IL do not list attorneys as a professional group.

Has anyone gone back to school for their MBA? Did help further your career?

As a Cybersecurity Analyst I make right under 80k in total compensation (62k Salary, 17k Bonus). I have two years of experience, an Associates in Networking and a Sec+ cert, does everyone feel like this is a fair compensation based off my credentials and experience?

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.

Have you been in a similar situation? Is it awkard? How to handle it after joining?

PS: If you are wondering, I do not have a Big 4 or consulting experience while they have it.
