Infosys only pay to there ceo and not employees, an ex-infoscion

Infosys gives pretty less hikes on current ctc, max they go is 15-30 % but that too veryy rare cases, their budget usually is our current ctc.
Don't worry i also faced same. Now i have 120% hike. So moral is don't think too much for specific company. Go ahed and search other opportunities. Improve your skills. your just a kid now 😜.
U have just 3 yoe. U know yourself better than anyone in this planet. U will have long run ahed. Try to improve you every single day.
Why do you even want to join Infosys? Screw it, go for better companies
Usually when you quote your ECTC, if it directly falls within the bracket which the HR is authorised to approve they accept the amount or negotiate with you to conclude with a lesser amount. But if it is more than their authorised bracket, then they usually fetch approvals from upper management. If there are many candidates for your role, then they directly reject your application instead of going through with approval.
Agree , keep your ectc around 30 to 40 % first and then play accordingly.
Infosys has serious budget problems, they are not allocating more than 30% for less than 4 YOE and strictly arent ready for negotiations, Ignore and look for others
Bro it's happened for me as well. Kanja pisnaringa pola Infosys. So don't worry. Cool. Lot of better offers are there.
You can achieve best package.
For me last two weeks ago i attend Java developer role interview and next day i got mail from HR connect like send fill and sign joining application, compensation letter and pan card.I mentioned salary like my expectations. next day also i got same mail form HR individual mail then I sent all details and uploaded docs.
After i uploaded docs one hour later i got same mail from Infosys.
I asked to hr if I'm not selected na then why you asked my personal details but no reply from their end till now. So they are worst. Try other company.
Best of luck for your Future. All the best
My wife also had the same experience with Infosys. She asked to balance the amount with existing offer but they denied saying they don't have budget for that and sent the same email in as is format . I don't understand if they don't have the budget, why they schedule the interview at first place .
Very common thing with Infosys. They dont have the budget. Dont take it too seriously and apply for other companies.
Bro your quoted CTC was the problem.
Chief
Out of budget.
Always quote 35-40% hike, once you get that offer use that offer for next offer as counter. It'll help you to achieve your ECTC sometime more than that.
How much we should quote for counter offer

Bring counter offers and improve your English. Just an example - I had given Wipro's interview last week. Wipro doesn't give more than 10-12 lakhs for 3+ YOE/30% hike on current offer and even HR told me the same before the interview. Interview went well and had an HR discussion. I told that I am expecting 16 fixed and I had an offer of 14 LPA. Surprisingly, I got an offer letter yesterday that they were giving 17 lakh+ JB. If I will bring more counter offers then they will raise the bar😀 but play smartly( Save 1 offer ).
Go on and keep on trying. There are a ton of companies from where you can get more than 11 LPA..
All the best
Just leave it, there is mistake from infosys you can look out other companies
Bro accept 30% increase after that ask 20+% to other company and negotiate..
They probably found a candidate who cleared interviews and quoted lower than you.
Same thing happened with me though my ectc was 10.5 lpa and after discussion hr agreed on 9.5lpa. I too got the same email next day. It feels so disheartening to get this email even after performing good in technical rounds and spending considerable time to prepare and appear for the interviews
