I hold an offer of 28 LPA with Oracle...

Now during offer discussions.. how much max. I can negotiate without losing this position...


Secondly... Will SAP ask for offer letter to cross verify..? I am not too comfortable sharing the offer letter with HR or anyone....

One month back I appeared in Technical Interview for 1 hour, got the positive feedback from interviewer that day. So waiting for HR round.
2weeks back someone from TCS called and started with a question “are you interested “, I said already I’m in the interview process waiting for next round, he said “this is the continuation of the same process “ , so again he took technical interview for 1 hour with positive feedback.
Now today someone else called me, for the tech round, am I joke to TCS HR?

I recently interviewed at a company and the hiring manager(HM) asked for my expected salary and said that he will make it same & forward to HR.
But had a HR discussion today and they are saying that it’s not in the budget and want to come down.
I went back to the HM, he said that he’ll be talking to the HR , and after that HM said that it’s a little hard for the leadership team and hence, would be discussing with the VP if that could be offered.Will they come back now or I lost job?

I need your advice here, I have recently cleared the bloomreach interview and from very begining of the processes I have informed them about the offer I already had.
I have a offer of value : X amount base +50 k variable.

Even After sharing that offer breakup they have shared their offer as below:
Base : X - 4 + 5% variable and 6 L joining bonus.
I don't think it's right decision to accept this one as I already have an offer of X amount which is 4 L
