Hi fishes part of the recent firing at EY and want to know about how severance is given at EY . They say severance is paid as 15 day's salary per completed year. I have been with EY for 3 years 7 months.

Question: So will i get severance for 45 days or 60 days since Indian laws state that partial years beyond 6 months are also treated as one complete years. Want to know how the partial year is treated at EY ?

What are the weirdest reasons you have heard for people being laid-off? I have heard someone getting laid off because they missed submitting their time-sheets for 3 times in a year.

How did you tell your manager you’re pregnant? Did it affect pay/promos? And then, subsequently, how did you start letting colleagues know you’re pregnant?
