Biggest challenge is not to eat junk food throughout the day when the fridge is 10 feet away. Make sure you're not over eating and getting the right macros.
Outside of that, try to walk around the house every 10-15 minutes and go for an 30-60 minute walk mid-day if you can.
I personally go to the gym around 8-9 at night and do my workouts then, but not everyone is a night owl lol
I have a desk treadmill I'm walking on right now as I type. There are flat ones you can get on Amazon. I've created a standing desk with an extension on top of a regular desk. Inexpensive but effective setup.

Get up early and go workout. at home or at the gym or go for a run. An hour a day - esp when you aren’t commuting.
I’m a fan of 10 minute workout videos. Easy to fit into the day, can use it as a break, and you can do a couple different ones back to back for a longer workout. I try to go to the gym at least 4 times a week and do 45-60 minutes of cardio each time. If I know I won’t make it to the gym then I have a small treadmill at home that I use sometimes. They say it’s 80% nutrition and 20% exercise though, so balancing it out by cutting out some (not all) junk food helps.
This is great! I need to get out of my all or nothing mindset for fitness
Blocking out time that i would have used to commute as a time to do a workout or go for a walk (one in the morning and one in the evening, depending on how I’m feeling)
I get cardio in Saturday and Sunday mornings. Hopefully can take more walks with the family once the weather gets warmer. Outside of that, I try to eat in a calorie deficit or at maintenance.
