Hi, I am a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh looking for internships for summer 2023. I’ve applied to internships at all the big 4 firms as well as big banks (MS, GS, Bofa). (Within Big4 I am interested in consulting/advisory/strategy) So far I have had no look with applications even progressing to interview stages. They all just say application submitted. What can I do to get my application past that inititial submission stage, whether it be networking, going to career office, etc?

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
Now that I'm not hearing back from the company which I gave interview and my environment at current project is a mess atm...Should I just put papers or bear with it till I fine another one..??

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?
