Hi! I am looking for a WFH job. I’m not having any luck with finding any HR positions.

I recently took a week a off and realized I want more flexibility and don’t want to be tied to the office plus I was recently assigned ALL onboarding’s (virtual and in-person) and I just want a new job because I didn’t sign up for this.

How many people are back in the office vs. WFH? What area and how many employees? Are you seeing clients, doing in person mediations, depos, etc?

Can someone tell me when to expect
offer letter from PWC after they
request for the documents? Also for US
tax profile they are providing permanent
wfh, do they provide a document for

Do you feel like in some ways you or your team have been performing better during WFH?

So I am wondering if anyone has felt due their bachelors that is not health care repeated found something to work from home in health care. Could use some guidance. I love health care but I do like working from home and helping patients.

Received an offer from IQVIA and base location is bangalore.The offer came with relocation expenses which the company will provide.I do not wish to relocate at the moment and would want to wfh for now.

Is there a possibility of working from home out of your base location ? Have the employees started going back to office ? A little confused here, please clarify.

For the interim, I’ve been looking for a remote opportunity where I can leverage my skills in marketing, sales, social media, and elsewhere for a decent sum. I have a social media presence which, in recent years, reached millions. There has to be something exciting I can do.

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

If we are billable on project in nagarro do we need to worry about recession for now .
One more question:
What is nagarro planning how to handle recession:
Lay offs or salary cut or stop increment.

In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

Why is it so hard to find a remote HR position? I have my SHRM-SCP, my MBA and over 10 years of experience being an HR Manager.

What is the average amount of time to fill a role? How long in advance should a recruiter start working with a hiring manager to get their position posted? I think it depends on the industry but curious to hear if there is a national average and if that number is even realistic given the increased number of roles in the market. Also curious to know what average numbers some of you are seeing in your companies.

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. Internship Program Help: Hi Everyone! I’ve never worked for a company with any type of internship program at all, let alone a really successful one. My new company thrives off our internship program, with many of our managers/directors having started as one themselves. I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. Any advice for someone looking to transition into a full HR Generalist role from Recruiting. I’m currently a Campus Recruiter with about 5 years of HR experience (Coordinator- Higher Ed). I received my PHR certification in September 2020 and sitting for my SHRM-CP in two weeks. I’m having a hard time transitioning into a full Generalist position.
