After 2 rounds (virtual-1hr & in person-2hr), now they're asking for documents and salary expectations.

They mentioned in the email that this email does not guarantee an offer or an intent to make an offer

The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days.
