Hi! Recieved an offer to join a firm with 25k salary bump. BUT long hours (40-50), min 3 days in office, and poor feedback from ex employees on this app. Currently im happy where im working and fully remote. Wasnt actively looking for a new job but approached by them via linkedin. The main catch is i need work flexibility for medical appts and afraid that the commute to office will add stress for scheduling. Should i take this on or wait until im actively looking to see my options

How did you learn those skills, and what types of documents do you speed read in practice?
