Hi all! I recently accepted a remote/hybrid RN position to try something new. Majority of my experience is at bedside. The pay is less than bedside (as a traveler), but more than a staff nurse. She however recommended me for the permanent opportunity to higher management. Hi, where or what types of companies should sophomores & juniors apply for next summer (2022) to recruit for IB the following summer (2023)? This summer BBs wrapped up SA IB recruitment, EBs even earlier, and a fair amount of my friends missed out big time.

Also, if a sophomore or junior doesn’t get a finance-related summer internship (I.e tech) and aims for an IB SA or FT position, is it harder to break in?

I have interviewed with shell India . Though the process is not yet completed all the rounds are through . I am an automation C sharp and java resource . But the job was for python automation . I have been telling the same in the interview but still they cleared all my rounds . Now I am not sure if they will release an offer what should I do ? As I have no experience with python . I got a offer letter today from TCS. In that they have told to submit the documents from background check. Actually the problem is that I don't have any permanent address as my father is in bank so we shift frequently, and the address mentioned on my passport is the address where i used to live a year ago.

My query is that if i mention my passport address only as permanent address, will they do house verification by sending someone to my house, or any way if they can reject?
