My base is over this, TC pushing 350 as an IC. Pre 2022 I was 400k. I know a few other ICs over 500k TC with base in the 230-250 range.
howd you get there?
Totally, FAANG or west coast startup as a senior/people leader. I know talent directors on way more than that. Goalsssssss
Def at a FAANG as long as you are good with a part of it being equity not cash
I’m a people manager and make a little under or over 200 depending on equity. 150 of that is base
Agency in Tech would be a consideration, if you are a high performer
Higher up HR individuals will absolutely hit this number. Depending on the company and title of course but it is completely possible!
Total comp for recruiting managers is usually 200k plus in tech companies. Base will hover between 120-200k depending on the role/company. Most recruiting managers fall between 135-165 depending on experience for base, and usually get a good sign on and equity.
With experience you could get that number in technical recruiting.
Definitely can get there. Im finishing year 1 around 90k which is mostly comission (45k base). My coworker is doing year three and is expected to make 225-250k this year (mostly comission). We work at large agency as tech recruiters so if you are a high performer than 200k in a relatively quick period of time is certainly possible.
