Quit quietly . Go apply at another pharmacy.
I would try to say something to the manager. If you don’t feel comfortable then go higher up. If that does not work and HR is not an option then it is time to move on to a new job environment.
Document everything. Depending on the relationship you have with the supervisor, you can always ask them in an inquisitive and non-judgmental manner about things you notice. However, make sure your claims and observations are concrete. In my experience, a lot of team members never have the full story/picture before approaching management. For example, a team member may have had to leave early because they have FMLA or some other problem/accommodation that isn’t public knowledge. To you, it looks like they always get to leave early. Just things to consider.
Consider documenting everything you’re witnessing with timestamp. Your documentation will carry more weight than anything you could ever say.
Bring up your concerns to your supervisor and notate his/her response. That way, HR and the manager will know that you followed protocol. The key is documentation!
File a complaint as part of record and they don’t do anything about it the ball is in your court and start looking for another job. If you think they unfairly treated you or broke the law then you have a case of winning.
