How do you deal with someone above coming in on account who doesn’t know is going, but is a senior strategist (WW),that your words and ask for things because they don’t know the material and present what you work on and gets credit. They are my superior, so I don’t want to come off as not compliant because I’m BW and I ask my boss above her (WM) if that is normal and he said strategist rarely get credit for their ideas and work. This isn’t normal right? Is it time for me to head out….

What do you do for winter shoes and commuting?

I walk a total ~20 mins in between train/bus stations and then getting from the stop in the loop to the office.

Hi all, How do you deal with having a good relationship with an ex-colleague, and then that person switches jobs, becomes a hiring manager, is hiring for a position you’re perfect for (experience + credentials) and then you reach out to them saying you’re interested and why it would be a good idea - and then they completely ghost you..I also sent an application via the website and got rejected.
