How do you deal with white co-workers and colleagues who act arrogant and dismissive? I work with an attorney who is white and has a dismissive, rude and nasty demeanor. He insinuates he wants to know where people are but he does show up on time or at all. He even insinuated he was a part of getting a para fired because he spent extra days away from office. I cringe when I have meetings. He lies and says he forgets things. How do you deal with this? I do document everything.

Our team was about to get a new manager but when an exec mentioned her name to the client, the client said she heard bad things about her and would prefer them not on the team. Anyone hear of that b4?

Has anyone had a Manager that does not work well with your ADHD? Im going through this right now and the way they communicate doesn’t match what I need. If I ask questions, they huff and puff. But then get upset if something is done and it doesn’t meet their exact expectations.
