Get a job where women don't work. Think like trades or anything that actually involves work and not typing things into a keyboard. You'll notice the negativity soon drops to near zero.
Huh? Construction? Agriculture? Mechanics?
I thought some measure of women worked there too.
If I was in the 'stressful workplace' situation, I would opt to wear quality earmuffs if possible/find healthy coping methods. (practice yoga/meditation, improve my sleep) But if that didn't work, I'd weigh the pros and cons of remaining in the position, talk to a trusted ally, and perhaps leave -- but not before securing another job!
