How do you socially thrive in a remote job? I’m working at a startup without a team. Looking at my coworkers’ already full calendars hold me back from booking “casual” time with them (like lunch or coffee). I can’t navigate office politics because I have no idea who is close with whom. Even I don’t feel like I’m “close” with anyone Lol. Any advice would be appreciated~

I’m an early startup having raised a bit of money from family and friends to help grow my business. Time is moving fast and I’m potties I won’t hit my targets and being the return back to those who invested.
Once I have used the money that’s been invested there’s no way of seeing it again and still bringing the return quick enough.

The numbers still show it’s possible, I still believe in the concept and I’m still growing, I think I just have some imposter syndrome.
