Have you tried elderberry? I used to get sinus infections and cold so much through the year. I had a co-worker recommend that and it cut my illnesses down so much. I take adult gummies at night like a little dessert.
Thanks! I’ll look into them!
I cannot express the importance of schedules and routine enough. It’s so important to get good rest, eat healthy, and stay disciplined. It does get easier over time but avoiding stress is for sure the key to staying healthy.
I feel like I don’t have time to eat healthy and stress seems to be par for the course 🤦🏽♀️
I make sure that I get my steps in per day, and I stick to a somewhat healthy diet. Try to cut down on the carbs and replace them with carrot or celery sticks. It's not fun, but the older I get the more I realize i need to be healthier.
Yeah feel like I’m behind on the health track
Keep your mental health healthy! I was in a dark place last year and it really messed with my physical health. I try to leave school at school , not stay at school too late, I’ve been making myself exercise at least 15 minutes every day (starting small so there’s no excuse), and I try to do something just for myself a few times a week! I’ve taken a few mental health days so far this year as well when I’m starting to feel myself slide into a not so great place.
I also make sure to take emergenC whenever I feel a cold coming on and I drink a ton of water!
I have my students wash off the desks/tables and door knobs each morning. I encourage each class to wash their hands. I wash my hands regularly. I also take vitamin C twice daily. I'm almost never sick.
Walking, vitamin C and eat as healthy as possible.
Make a daily morning tea with a chopped ginger lemon, boil it and then pour in a cup that you can keep with you all day with maybe just a few pieces of ginger and a few pieces of lemon and organic honey stir and you are on your way to being healthy… Oh yeah, add a dash of cayenne pepper.
