Try venting to a fellow senior first. That will help you personally. Then you are in a better state of mind and you can go talk to a trusted superior professionally
Find some you trust and vent. Try mindfulness meditation. Read calm the f*ck down or the subtle art of not giving a f*ck. I personally trust a psychiatrist I’ve been seeing since I was 14 and he listens to me complain and recommend meditation, meds, cbd and exercise.
