I currently work as a biomedical scientist but I want to change my career; so far I’ve done Salesforce Sale cloud consultant and Administrator exams and I am certified. I’m currently studying for the Service Cloud consultant certification .
So I would really appreciate if anyone could refer me for entry level roles in salesforce . I live in London, but I’m happy to relocate . Here’s my LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/modupe-olotu and the link to my online Portfolio https://mbosalesforcehow-to.carrd.co/

chain stores never ever have provided enough pharmacists staff !!! they are in the profession for nothing but money profits and that means you do the job of 2 to 3 pharmacists
So sad. When will this change? What can be done about it ?
It's slowed down a ton where I am, but we're still doing a fairly large number per day. When it was at its peak, we were doing 100-150 shots in a shift, no breaks, just pounding open till close. It was insane.
It's literally been my entire job so far. Started at where I work in late 2020, and I have probably helped give more vaccines than anything else since. I keep thinking it's going to stop, or slow down, or let up, and it just doesn't. I don't even know if I'm learning or retaining anything anymore, I'm just moving on autopilot.
I'm with you. These days it feels like I'm operating on auto pilot. I need a little more variation in my day-to-day.

So today was interesting. I’m at one of 2 stores in the district with a dedicated vaccinator this year. Last week the system cancelled everyone’s appointments and rescheduled most of them for the weekend and today. The scheduler begged me to work the weekend, I agreed to work yesterday. It was very busy, but a lot of the appointments were no-shows. Not sure if they went someplace else or snagged a walk-in, but it was manageable. Today was CRAZY. There were 140 shots in the system when I came in at 10, I ended up giving over 160 shots in 9 hours. At one point the line was an hour long - fortunately only one lady got cranky with me. (She’d been waiting 1/2 hour and I hadn’t called her - because her appointment was YESTERDAY 🙄🙄🙄)

Update - 3 weeks in and I’m already over it, mostly because of the corporate 🐂💩. I’m averaging 150-160 shots in 9 hours, and have stopped mentioning moving their arm and drinking lots of water unless they ask. I’m just talked out by the end of the day. We’ll see what tomorrow brings.
That’s why I left my chain pharmacy.
