Zero days for pwc

like

You already earned the bonus, so you don't need to stay.

like

I'm gonna take a guess and say it isn't a contingent bonus. So zero days.

Hi all. I am trying to determine if I am being compensated fairly. I am a tax manager (about to start my second year as manager) and have been with EY since staff 1. I was promoted to manager in June 2020 (during covid) and received a 7.5% raise. The class above me has mentioned they received much higher raises during their promotion years. My base salary is now approx. 97K. Any insights would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

Got an offer from Comcast. Can anyone explain work culture, employee perks, variable pay settlement, job security, average hike percentage, learning scope in Comcast

Hi Everyone !!!

This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at
Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.

I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?

Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Are you a “Prodigious Accumulator of Wealth”?

N = 10% x (Your Age) x (Your Salary)

If your net worth is 0.5N or less then you are an under accumulator; around 1.0N then you average; 2.0N or greater then you are prodigious.

This is the millionaire next door formula.

I have 3 years experience being an account manager in a large brokerage. Does this sound fair based on my 4 years experience in the field or am I underselling myself?
