I NEED HELP WITH CREDIT SCORE issues: Two months ago my credit score went down by 30 to 40 points due to dad missing credit card payment by a day (i got added to as authorized user on his credit card for me to build credit but now I’m filled with regret). I was devastated by it. This past month I have been making more payments and paid off my aug statement in full thinking it will boost my credit score. But I don’t know why it went down another 10 points. More below:

I’ve been on an H1B for many years with an approved I-140. Can I work outside of the US for 1 year (in Canada where I am a permanent resident) and come back on an L1? I understand the green card processing time on L1 is significantly faster.

Does EY withdraw approved I-140 after leaving the firm, particularly if it's within 180 days? Our immigration policy says "The firm will withdraw sponsorship upon termination" but kinda vague and I wonder what the real life cases be like? Thanks!

Not sure if this is the right forum but - my H1B extension has been approved (just got to know today) but my driving license will expire soon. Can anyone give me their honest opinion on working at Eli Lilly, the Indy site? I have a few coworkers that have worked there in the past but no one recently. Millennials like us always assume we’re about to get fired - I actually have been laid off in a meeting with that title. Discussion post: I feel almost all consulting firms are the same. Mbb, big 4 etc. if you are paid enough there is probably less wlb. If there is good wlb there is not much money. Can you single out a company that you can confidently say pays very well and also has good wlb and also has good opportunities etc.?
