completely agree, one of the partners let it slip too! if you want to be partner move back to the consulting practices. they're just baiting you
Jeff's video from today said 3 MDs. Still not a big number relative to our size.
That 3 is just in Digital - I think there were 8 across P&T.
P&T has way too many partners anyway
To be clear, P&T is not a viable partner play. The sales component (which drives all partner cases) is in the sector. With the exception of maybe one or two over the next several years in fields that will help drive *consulting and product revenue* in the sector (like AI and Web3), there’s no opportunity.
If there is one glaring weakness at Digital, it’s the support team which takes no accountability whatsoever for product support. Seems pretty premature to reward the leader of that team with a promo when product teams do all the work to support client issues. Goes a long way to show how unconnected the leadership is to the ground realities at Digital.
Pwc 6 - well said …
Why aren’t p&t partners selling the solutions their teams are building. I’m not saying they need to generate tens of millions. But each partner should at least sell a few products one time a year. So they can understand what we are investing in.
