1 month. Do the official test bank questions until memorize all the answers . The real exam will be the same questions with slightly different wording

I’ve met people who just take it and pass first try. No study time required. I heard it’s really not that hard of an exam. If your bad at tests a couple weeks should be fine
I barely passed but also barely studied, few hours a week max and memorized the ISACA practice questions
Take PTO.
2 weeks.
8 hours a day.
Do the practice questions.
Exam is memorization than it is thinking/analyzing stuff.
Four months while working full time.
Intended to study a whole semester of my senior year of school. That turned into panic buying the test bank the night before and doing practice questions for 4 hours. Got a 550ish score (passing is 450, scale is 200-800 like the SAT). I am a great test taker though so take that with a grain of salt. I do think it's a little easier in school because the answers don't exactly correlate to real life solutions so experience might not really help. Its all multiple choice, I'd say a similar amount of IT questions and audit questions.
I studied for about 10 hours total. Took the exam after 6 months of SOC work and was able to leverage my experience and the test bank questions. I’d say this is a very easy exam (at least in my experience).
Don’t forget to apply for your company bonus after you pass!
I want to know too.
My friend would say two weeks of full time studying... but he’s also very good at test taking
8 hours the day before and 2-3 hours before the exam
What did you use to study?
